ibcsc_session is created on request when a form, registration, sign-in or the back office is used. It secures the session and protects against fraudulent requests.
The browser remembers dismissal of this notice until the session ends. This preference does not identify the user and is not sent to the server.
The server may record IP address, date, time, requested page and browser information for security, availability and diagnostics.
Public pages remain available without cookies. The session cookie is created only after a secure form is explicitly enabled. If it is refused or deleted, the forms are unavailable.
