IBCSC Access Programme

The programme improves access to selected services without creating an automatic right to a discount. The scale below is the sole public reference: the final reduction depends on the applicant profile, an eligible service and available resources.

IBCSC Access Programme

  • Belgian nonprofits: up to 20%
  • Public-interest initiatives: up to 20%
  • Schools and small education projects: up to 25%
  • Startups under two years: up to 15%
  • Microbusiness hardship: individual review
  • Cyberfraud victims: initial orientation or special rate

Conditions

  • Not automatic
  • Only services marked “Social rate” are eligible
  • The percentage for a profile is a ceiling, not a promise
  • Depends on resources
  • Not cumulative
  • May exclude licences, hardware, travel and urgent work
  • Confirmed in writing
