Shared IT programme for Belgian nonprofits

Essential IT, shared at a fair price.

IBCSC helps associations without an internal IT team or a corporate budget. We define the real need, build a simple foundation and remain available without turning every question into another expensive project.

01 — How it works

From a concrete need to a foundation that lasts.

We do not begin by selling a tool. We begin with what the association must actually achieve, then choose the lightest plan that properly covers the need.

01

Your reality

Volunteer team, tight budget, ageing website, scattered accounts or manual processes.

02

Short orientation

Inventory of access, data, urgent issues and responsibilities.

03

Shared foundation

A documented, maintainable and proportionate base without needless dependency.

  • 01

    Web presence

Website, domain, forms and essential updates.

  • 02

    Accounts & access

Email, MFA, permissions and staff offboarding.

  • 03

    Data & recovery

Backups, tested restoration and simple rules.

  • 04

    Working tools

Automation or shared software when it genuinely saves time.

04

Monthly follow-up

Maintenance, included support time, change log and a visible next priority.

The final plan depends on user count, existing access, data and the third-party services required.
02 — Proposed plans

Six ways in, not an oversized contract.

Each plan fits a different level of maturity. A nonprofit can start small and evolve as its team or obligations grow.

03 — Digital presence

A website the association can actually keep alive.

The priority is not a spectacular effect. It is a fast, clear and maintainable website with defined goals, audiences, essential content, useful forms and responsibilities.

  • Short, accessible information architecture
  • Domain and accounts owned by the nonprofit
  • Backups and technical updates
  • Documented handover if the collaboration ends
From €149 + €29 / month
04 — Shared software

Built once, useful to several associations.

When several nonprofits lose time on the same process, they can fund one common base together: registrations, request tracking, inventory, calendars, documents or small automations.

  • Common need validated before coding
  • Data and access separated by organisation
  • Changes decided with participants
  • Export and reversibility planned from day one

Physical workflow modules connecting three nonprofit folders to one shared server
05 — Solidarity fund

One useful euro, not a vague promise.

The Digital helping hand reserves a small intervention allowance for associations facing one concrete urgent issue with no budget room. The goal is to unblock, secure the essential and teach the steps that must be repeated.

06 — Eligibility and limits

Solidarity should also mean clarity.

A light plan remains reliable only when everyone knows what is included, who owns the access and which costs belong to third parties.

Who can take part

  • An active Belgian nonprofit or an association project being formed
  • A named responsible and available contact
  • The information needed to define the scope
  • Acceptance of a prioritised, documented scope
  • Participation in follow-up meetings where the plan provides for them

Budget separately

  • Licences, hardware, cloud and domain names
  • Travel and on-site work
  • Urgent or out-of-hours support
  • Specific development outside the shared base
  • Data recovery, forensics or high-risk work
The nonprofit remains the owner.

Domains, licences, primary accounts and data are registered in the association’s name. IBCSC receives only the administration rights required and prepares a documented handover.

Pilot programme

Let’s begin with ten nonprofits, properly.

The pilot runs for six months and accepts up to ten associations. This protects support quality, measures the real time required and lets us adjust the plans without hiding their limits.
